Privacy
Simple, anonymous participation by default.
This page explains what kind of data is collected when visitors take surveys or experiments.
No account needed
You do not need to create an account to take part in the current surveys.
Survey responses
Survey answers are collected through embedded survey forms. Responses are used to create aggregate statistics and visual data stories.
Anonymous visitor ID
The website may create a random browser ID and send it with survey responses. This helps reduce duplicate participation and understand whether the same browser submitted more than once. It is not a login account and is not intended to identify you personally.
Traffic source
Survey links may include a source label such as YouTube, Reddit, Discord, or Website. This helps compare responses from different communities.
Published results
Results are published only in aggregate. Individual responses are not published as personal profiles.
Future changes
If accounts, newsletters, or more advanced experiments are added later, this page should be updated before those features are used.
